Department: Ushering
Role: Medics & First aid responders
This team provides comprehensive medical support and first aid services to all guests—including volunteers, ministers, and attendees—throughout the duration of the conference.
They are responsible for responding promptly to medical emergencies, offering immediate care for injuries or health concerns, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of everyone on-site.
Positions Available: the number of people selected is based on the team's capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- First aid response + Non ambulant medical assistance
- Assisting with setup and cleanup of work stations
- Assisting SID team during deliverance
- Providing basic medication prior signed waiver by patient (headache, stomach ache & dizziness,low sugar levels, etc.)
The applicant should be in the vicinity of the conference by latest Wednesday noon.
Requirements
- Representing Christ: Exercise the fruit of the Spirit with everyone at all times.
Joining the meetings, fasting and prayer times with the team. - Building personal spiritual focus & discernment.
- Communicate and serve pro-actively.
- Timeliness, flexibility integrity & personal cleanliness is necessary.
- Must be 18+ years.
- Current medical background (academic/professional degree - current workplace). Medical students and interns are allowed to apply.

Expected Process
- Written Application – Candidates will complete a written application.
- Prayerful Discernment & Reference Check (if applicable) – The leadership team prayerfully reviews applications and may contact a pastor or spiritual leader for reference.
- Acceptance & Onboarding – Accepted members complete orientation and training.
