2. Products & Availability

All products sold through our webshop are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

During busy periods, prayer gatherings, conferences, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via Sendcloud.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7 to 10 business days
  • United States & Americas: 10 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions. URGPM cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

5. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Return & Refund Policy

At Upper Room Global Prayer Movement, all merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased via our online store or at our events. This applies to all items, including clothing, accessories, and special editions.

  • We do not accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or duplicate purchases.
  • Please double-check your size, product selection, and shipping method before completing your order.
  • All items are thoroughly checked for quality before being released.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales@upperroomeu.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a suitable solution (such as a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Use of Proceeds

Proceeds from webshop sales support the mission and activities of Upper Room Global Prayer Movement, including prayer gatherings, community initiatives, and ministry operations.
