Role: Outreach Coordinators
Follow up and Evangelism Team (FUET) serves as a crusade-type mission. There are three key components to fulfilling our mission in this vision: sharing the gospel to the nations, bringing people to the Upper Room Experience and ensuring that the fire which is caught is maintained in the new believers or people who have re-dedicated their lives.
Our aim is to equip, train, share and support people who attended the Upper Room Global Prayer Movement and to bring these individuals into a system where the fire does not end after Upper Room.

Role and Responsibilities
The Follow Up and Evangelism Team supports the mission of Upper Room by preparing before the event, ministering during it, and nurturing spiritual growth in the months after.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and leading evangelism outreaches.
- Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Supporting new converts and those who have rededicated their lives to Christ.
- Facilitating prayer and teaching sessions, and creating discipleship resources.
Team members should expect a long-term commitment, as the majority of the workload takes place before and especially after Upper Room, extending several months beyond the event.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Genuine passion for evangelism and discipleship
- Ability to commit long-term before and after Upper Room
- Willingness to be trained, equipped, and be spiritually accountable
- Emotional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliability, consistency, and good time management
- Alignment with the vision, values, and mission of Upper Room and FUET
Nice to Have
- Extensive knowledge about Evangelism
- Experience serving in an evangelism and/or integration team within a church
- Polyglot - being able to speak/write in multiple languages
- Graphic Design skills
Expected Process
- Written Application – Candidates will complete a written application.
- Virtual Interview (1x) – A one to one online interview to discern calling, character,availability, and alignment with Upper Room’s mission and values.
- Prayerful Discernment & Reference Check (if applicable) – The leadership team prayerfully reviews applications and may contact a pastor or spiritual leader for reference.
- Acceptance & Onboarding – Accepted members complete orientation and training.
