Role: Photographer
The Production Department is responsible for delivering creative and technical
excellence across all visual and media outputs for The Upper Room Global Prayer Movement.
The team exists to ensure that every moment, message, and movement is captured and communicated with clarity, purpose, and excellence.

Role and Responsibilities
The photographer is responsible for capturing specific, inimitable, and irreproducible
moments throughout the conference. This role exists to document the heart, atmosphere, and execution of the event with excellence, visually communicating the mind of God through imagery.
Responsibilities:
- Capturing high-quality photographs during the event.
- Working collaboratively with the Production team.
- Following creative direction and timelines, meeting same-day and future deadlines.
- Completing post-event editing and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven technical proficiency in photography.
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Pixieset.
- Ability to edit and deliver images to a high standard.
- Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments.
- Strong time management skills.
- Teachable spirit and openness to feedback.
- Alignment with the vision and values of The Upper Room.
Nice to Have
- Experience in conference, church, or live event photography.
- Strong creative eye and storytelling ability.
- Experience working within a production or media team.
Expected Process
- Written Application – Candidates will complete a written application.
- Assessment– Candidates will submit a photography assessment.
- Virtual Interview (1x) – A one to one online interview to discern calling, character,availability, and alignment with Upper Room’s mission and values.
- Prayerful Discernment & Reference Check (if applicable) – The leadership team prayerfully reviews applications and may contact a pastor or spiritual leader for reference.
- Acceptance & Onboarding – Accepted members complete orientation and training.
